The End of Poverty – The “Homework” of Our Generation

Meet Shawn and The Uncultured Project. The name of the journey he started to help the poorest of the poor.

Shawn and The Uncultured Project is not a charity, organization, or trying to become famous. But, thanks to you, Shawn’s little project is one the most subscribed (and one of the most viewed) channels on YouTube on the issue of global poverty.

Shawn was inspired by Dr. Jeffrey Sachs to start this – who he got to meet while a grad student at Notre Dame. After meeting him, he withdrew from grad school, packed his bags, grabbed his laptop, and flew to Bangladesh to begin this project.

By sharing this journey on YouTube, Shawn hopes to get the YouTube community involved in the fight against global poverty. This is less about Shawn and more about the community!

“Thank you Shawn for activating Youth in the global fight against extreme poverty and hunger.” - The zyOzy Team
