There are some very innovative ideas here I agree. Quite different to what we practice in the traditional model and therefore as you have rightly said will take a lot work to implement such a system into a traditional model, but that’s the price of change for the better! We have also been looking into ways to better deal with our caseload for the benefit of the patients and our therapists; one doctor which has grabbed my attention with his work in clinical innovations is Dr. Prout. His work focuses on anxiety and mood disorders and has been effectual in developing ideas to improve our throughput. I highly recommend you also look at his work for more reference in improving this situation. You will find a full reference of his work, at www.mauriceproutphd.com
